Fouth Generation Farmer

Lusso works with small, independent farmers, such Rob Mercer, a fourth generation pig farmer from just outside Lichfield who rears free-range pork.

His Packington pigs are produced to the highest welfare standards accredited by the RSPCA and are free from both antibiotics and additives. Rob believes his methods are not only better for the pigs and the environment, but they result in a truly tasty meat that is full of flavour. Our chefs and clients can't help but agree!
