Edyta Zimoch's smile alone is enough to make her a winner with customers but behind the smile is a dedicated professional. Having joined the company in 2006 as a deli bar assistant, Edyta has already been promoted three times and is now Café Supervisor at Speechly Bircham where she also supports the hospitality side of the business.
